Always seeking for innovation, HEADSLab proposes speakers capable of inspiring and reaching the audience and it develops a wide range of TOPICS CUSTOMIZED to the needs of the client.

The Founder and CEO, Alessandra Lepri, began her professional career in international advertising companies: Saatchi&Saatchi and McCann Erickson. After a Fundraising Master’s Degree in 2009, she embraced the no-profit world and worked for 3 years in AMREF, African Medical Research Foundation.

In 2013 she founded HAMELIN Onlus an NGO that every year in Rome and Milan handles fund-raising theatrical events in Milan and in Rome in order to support charities including Telethon, Ospedale Bambin Gesù, Save the Children and Médecins Sans Frontières.

The turning point for the funding of HEADSLab was her involvement in the TED and TEDx communities. She co-organized the 1st and 2nd edition of TEDxRoma in 2014 and 2015. In 2016 she was involved as Communication & Partner in TEDxBergamo. Currently, she is the director of external relations for TEDxReggioEmilia and Licensee and Curator of TEDxTreTorriWomen Milano.

Since 2019 she directs corporate and institutional partnership for Festivaldeigiovani®️ considered, nationally, the most important observatory for Gen Z.

In 2022 she was called from United Arab Emirates to manage the panel speaker of the 1st edition of World With Purpose UAE that took place in Dubai in the 6 and 7 November 2023. The 2nd edition will take place in Rwanda in 2025 World With Purpose Africa.
